第xx条 争议解决方式
本合同之各方当事人均愿将因本合同引起的或与本合同有关的任何争议，提交中国国际贸易促进委员会东莞市商事调解中心，按照申请调解时该中心现行有效的调解规则进行调解。经调解后如达成调解协议或调解员根据该调解协议的内容作出调解书，各方都应认真履行该调解协议或调解书中所载的各项内容。

【中文】交易发生纠纷，双方当事人一致同意提交东莞市商事调解中心进行调解，并将达成的调解协议提交清远仲裁委员会进行仲裁确认，调解协议对双方具有法律约束力；调解不成均同意交由清远仲裁委员会仲裁，并适用该会仲裁规则的按简易程序进行书面审理，并确认本申请书载明的地址为各方文书送达地址。Qingyuan arbitration commission
【译文】Since the transaction dispute occurs, the parties are willing to refer it to Dongguan Commercial Mediation Center for mediation. If a conciliation agreement has been reached, the parties may apply to Qingyuan Arbitration Commission for an award based on the conciliation agreement. The conciliation agreement is binding upon both parties. If not, the parties agree to submit it to Qingyuan Arbitration Commission for arbitration, which is examined on the basis of documents by a summary procedure in accordance with the Commission’s rules. Both parties shall confirm the site specified in this application as address for service of all documents.
参考：第四十九条 当事人申请仲裁后，可以自行和解。达成和解协议的，可以请求仲裁庭根据和解协议作出裁决书，也可以撤回仲裁申请。
Article 49
After the submission of an arbitration application, the parties may settle the dispute among themselves through conciliation. If a conciliation agreement has been reached, the parties may apply to the arbitration tribunal for an award based on the conciliation agreement.Then may also withdraw the arbitration application.
